YWCA of WNY Children's Services

The YWCA of WNY offers a range of childcare programs including Extended Day Programs, Drop In Childcare Services, and Early Childhood Centers. 

Summer Camps 2011. The YWCA of WNY Summer Fun Program for children ages 5-12 is held at our School House Commons site at 1005 Grant Street Buffalo 14207 and also at our Makowski site at 1095 Jefferson Ave. Buffalo 14206. 

Dates: June 27- Aug 26, 2011.  It is open from 7 am- 6 pm Monday thru Friday. 

The cost is based on how many days per week a child attends:

$170.00 – 5 days per week
$146.00 – 4 days per week
$125.00 – 3 days per week
$95.00 – 2 days per week
$65.00 – 1 day per week

The Courts Drop-In Child Care Program provides a safe, supportive haven for children whose parents have official court business and connects families to needed services.

The Early Childhood Centers provide care for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years and offer programs for teen mothers attending Buffalo Public Schools.

The Extended Day Programs promote academic achievement and developmental assets in children ages 5-12 though quality, affordable, before and after school care at 12 sites.

The YWCA of WNY is a United Way Agency.
